Job Title: Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support to our young people, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Support our young people to engage in activities, hobbies, and interests, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our high standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (preferred).
