Job Title: Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide 24/7 support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's Award or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Driver's license (company vehicle provided).
