Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: England, Greater London, Havering

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £90 - £105 Per day

Benefits: +£50 referral fee

Job Duties:
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering educational programmes
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties
  • Supervise students during class and break times
  • Assess and record student progress
Required Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Good understanding of the national curriculum
Education and Experience:

Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Previous experience working in a school environment

Key Skills and Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid certification
  • Specialist training in supporting students with SEN

Working Conditions: Work in a school environment, Full-Time hours, Temporary position, May require some flexibility in working hours
