Companion and Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance her overall well-being.
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy and organized living environment.
- Prioritize her personal care requirements and provide necessary assistance.
- Prepare nourishing meals and snacks, such as sandwiches for lunch.
- Engage in activities she enjoys, like going for walks with our friendly dog.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when interacting with individuals with dementia.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and respect boundaries.
This position comes with a competitive hourly rate of £11.68. Working hours are flexible, with 15 hours per week divided across three days: Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. Each day consists of 5 hours of work.
