Star People is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and market access for our pharmaceutical products in the secondary care and NHS liaison sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement key account business plans to create awareness of our products and build advocacy among key customers.
- Familiarize yourself with our products, disease areas, local funding policies, and processes.
- Develop and own local and regional routes to drive sales and patient access.
- Develop commercially viable local and regional strategies to drive sales and patient access.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of ethical pharmaceutical commercial experience as a key account manager in secondary care or market access/NHS liaison role.
- Demonstrable proven success in gaining market access for a hospital brand across multiple payor groups.
- Excellent working knowledge of NHS ICBs and existing contacts/networks.
- Previous experience in launching a specialist/rare disease brand.
- Existing sales experience in immunology/rare diseases is ideal.
