About the Job:

  • This is a permanent position, with options for 16 or 20 hour contracts per week.
  • As an Intermediate Care Provider, you will be responsible for delivering short-term care to support individuals in regaining their independence.
  • You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that maximize the individual's independence and quality of life.

About the Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,500 - £32,000, based on national averages and location.
