The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Functional Assessors. As a Functional Assessor, you will work independently to assess individuals and determine how their disabilities affect their work life.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program and ongoing support from a multi-disciplinary team.

Estimated Salary: £37,500 - £43,000 + up to 10% quality-related bonus.

What You Will Do
  • Assess individuals and determine how their disabilities affect their work life.
  • Produce concise reports for the DWP.
  • Work independently with regular support from a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
  • HCP Registered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic with a minimum 12 months' experience.
  • Experience in functional assessment and clinical decision making is an advantage.
  • Continuous Professional Development and membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Sound understanding of clinical governance and customer service standards.
