We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). Key Responsibilities- Support the Aftersales function by dealing with all inbound service calls related to service booking and other service-related items.
- Handle customer objections and provide advice on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
- Make outbound calls to promote seasonal campaigns, service follow-up work, and other service-related items to maximise revenue for the BMW Group service departments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer service with the ability to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs.
- Previous call centre experience.
- Excellent organisational and preparation skills.
- A genuine passion for detail and a proactive approach to creating optimal customer experiences.
