Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire a Team: Lead and motivate a team of skilled chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Craft Menus: Develop menus that showcase the best of Surrey's seasonal ingredients, sourced daily from local suppliers.
  • Culinary Offerings: Oversee the culinary offerings in multiple dining areas, including a vibrant bar and lounge, a relaxed yet elegant restaurant, and in-room dining.
  • Quality and Presentation: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes, upholding the hotel's reputation for culinary excellence.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality dining environment.
  • Culinary Expertise: A passion for European and British cuisine, with an understanding of current culinary trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
