Job Overview
At TOTALLY, we are seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to join our Urgent Treatment Centres team. As an ACP, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health and clinical needs, conducting consultations, and making diagnoses using your advanced clinical practice skills.

About the Role
You will work alongside a multi-professional team to enhance patient care and capacity. This role involves face-to-face interactions, with a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, overnight, weekends, and bank holidays.

Your Day-to-Day
As an ACP, you will:
* Lead clinical teams during shifts
* Conduct consultations with patients, taking comprehensive histories, performing physical examinations, and using expert knowledge to identify potential diagnoses
* Decide on and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medication or referring patients to primary or secondary care services as needed
* Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Registration as a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
* A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
* Clinical skills qualification at degree level
* Evidence of completion of study in minor illness or willingness to develop these skills
* Independent prescriber status
