We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Critical Care Specialist Practitioner to join our team. This role is a key part of our 24/7 critical care service, which aims to prevent, identify, escalate, and respond to patient deterioration, as well as support successful transitions of patient care from critical care environments.

As a Critical Care Specialist Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in various clinical scenarios, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in leadership and management, supervising junior colleagues and providing training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, with experience working at Band 6/7 level within critical care, critical care outreach, emergency medicine, or acute specialties. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
