Sales Business Developer

Givaudan is a leading company in the food industry, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Business Developer to join our team. As a Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business with designated accounts in the UK market.
About the Role:
We are looking for a sales/business professional with a background in the food or related industry. You will be based in Milton Keynes and report to the Sales Director Savoury & Snacks UK & Ireland, working as part of our Commercial Team UK & Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in designated accounts
- Position Givaudan as the preferred supplier for our customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Create and implement strategic Account Development Plans (ADPs), sales forecasts, and budgets for key accounts, with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve growth
- Manage the brief pipeline to achieve growth plans, ensuring the quality and quantity of projects meet customer expectations
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Sales, Marketing) and 4-6 years of successful sales, marketing, or customer relationship experience in the food or related industry, with experience achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
