Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Verto People, you will be responsible for generating sales for compressed air products and solutions, including compressors, nitrogen generators, blowers, and dryers, while managing key accounts via OEM customers and end-user channels.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Achieve sales targets for compressed air products and solutions.
* Grow existing customer relationships and expand into new markets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEM customers and end-user channels.
Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts for compressed air equipment such as compressors, nitrogen generators, blowers, and dryers, and associated equipment via OEM customers and end-user channels.
* Generate new business selling compressed air products and services.
* Maintain new compressor sales through demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
* Work closely with the compressed air Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the engineering industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of compressed air products and solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
