This exciting opportunity offers an excellent package, with a base salary of up to £90,000 and the potential for significant additional earnings through commission and annual bonus.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a quarter of the country, covering South East, South West, North East, or North West regions. You will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in coding and marking solutions. They will be confident, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a home-based environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a dynamic and ambitious company with fully funded growth plans. With a 40% account management and 60% business development split, you will have the opportunity to progress to Sales Manager and ultimately Sales Director roles.

Salary: Up to £90,000 (base) + commission and annual bonus

Location: Home-based, covering a quarter of the country
