About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our Clinical Commercial Service team at our Corporate Office in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales support services to service users, internal staff, clinicians, and external stakeholders in the broader community. Your primary objective will be to maximise sales opportunities by empowering clients with choice and control.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
- Cultivate and nurture existing prospects, maintaining strong connections, and guiding them through the sales cycle.
- Go above and beyond to achieve sales quotas and foster future sales opportunities.
- Strive to meet targets established by the sales manager.
- Utilise Microsoft Office regularly, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays with accrual to 28 days after 5 years continuous service, Employee Assistance Programme, Blue Light discount card, Pension Scheme, and Company sick pay provision with continuous service.
