Teaching Personnel - Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutor

We offer unique opportunities for experienced teachers to make a real difference in the lives of young people who require additional support.

As an SEN tutor with Teaching Personnel, you will have the autonomy to choose your own schedule and work with students from Early Years to Post 16. This flexibility allows you to balance your work-life commitments while making a positive impact on the educational journey of our students.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs and be able to deliver engaging resources tailored to each student's requirements. You will also be responsible for documenting progress and content covered during sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality learning sessions to students with varied needs and interests
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and content covered
  • Prior experience working with SEN/SEMH students is essential

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: up to £30 per hour, based on local market rates
