Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

Join us at GSL Education and become part of a dynamic team that supports schools in finding exceptional teaching and support staff. We are currently seeking a talented and caring Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to work with students with diverse learning needs.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide targeted support to students, helping them overcome learning challenges and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with SEN in the classroom, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Assisting teachers in developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
- Providing regular feedback to teachers on student progress and identifying areas where additional support may be needed.
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for a caring and patient individual with a strong understanding of various SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Previous experience as an SEN Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £95-130 per day, depending on experience. If you are passionate about supporting children with SEN, please apply with your CV for consideration.
