Job Summary

As a Process Engineer at ADM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and assessing existing production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and safety.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and assess existing production processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
  • Collaborate with production management and other stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution
  • Analyze plant and process data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to production operators on process procedures and safety protocols
  • Contribute to the development of capital proposals and projects to improve process efficiency and safety

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in an engineering or related discipline
  • Experience: 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in process plant or manufacturing operations
  • Skills: Strong understanding of health and safety in a production environment, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
