Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of existing production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process safety and efficiency improvements.
- Design, modify, and test production processes and equipment to optimize performance.
- Analyze plant and process data to identify key cost parameters and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and implement capital proposals and projects to improve production efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers and raw materials to ensure a diverse supplier base.
- Coordinate and arrange plant shutdowns and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, quality, and hygiene regulations and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to production operators and maintain effective communication with various departments.
- Utilize ADM software to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the ADM team as a Process Engineer, where you will play a key role in optimizing production processes and improving efficiency. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews and assessments of existing production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement process safety and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in an engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: 1-3 years' post-graduate experience working with process plant/manufacturing operations.
- Skills: Strong understanding of health and safety in a production environment, affinity towards continuous improvement, and proficiency in MS Office.
