Job Summary

As a key member of the ADM production team, the Process Optimization Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and assessing existing production processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to implement process safety and efficiency enhancements, as well as analyzing plant and process data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess existing production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process safety and efficiency enhancements
  • Analyze plant and process data to inform decision-making
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Work closely with production operators to provide training and guidance on new processes and procedures
  • Maintain open lines of communication with various departments to ensure production is not compromised
  • Utilize ADM software to track and analyze process data
  • Actively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in an engineering or related discipline
  • Experience: 1-3 years' post-graduate experience working with process plant/manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety in a production environment
  • Strong affinity towards continuous improvement
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
