Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our production management team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing existing production processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess existing production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and safety
  • Collaborate with production management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of changes
  • Analyze plant and process data to identify key cost parameters and opportunities for cost reduction
  • Assist in the preparation of capital proposals and projects to support business growth
  • Identify and trial new suppliers and raw materials to ensure a diverse supplier base
  • Liaise with production management to coordinate and arrange work projects that require plant shutdown
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, quality, and hygiene policies and procedures
  • Work closely with production operators to provide training and guidance on production processes
  • Maintain open communication with various departments to ensure production is not compromised
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in an engineering or related discipline
  • Experience: 1-3 years' post-graduate experience in process plant/manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of health and safety in a production environment
  • Affinity towards continuous improvement
  • Proficient in MS Office
