Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Children's Nurse to join our established nursing team in the Children and Young Peoples department.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days annual leave, employer and employee contributory pension, and private medical insurance.
The successful candidate will have experience of working on a children's ward, be used to working in teams with minimum supervision, and hold Child Protection level 3 training, Paediatric Resus Training, and EPALS or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Deliver care to meet the individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
- Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
- Maintain and develop services.
