Children and Young People Nurse Lead Opportunity

Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced CYP Nurse to lead the team in providing exceptional care for patients aged from birth to 18 years. As a lead specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and managerial leadership, ensuring the team's delivery of effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving health, safety, and security in the workplace.
  • Provide excellent clinical and managerial leadership to the team.
  • Develop a working environment that actively promotes the welfare of children.
  • Undertake Human Resource activities for all members of the team.
  • Plan, monitor, and quality assure the application of technology for measurement, monitoring, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement policies for service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Registered Sick Children's Nurse qualification.
  • NMC registration.
  • EPLS/PALS certification.
  • Child Protection level 3.
  • Experience working in a lead role within a similar setting.
  • Experience working as a practitioner in and across multidisciplinary teams.
