They will also develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security, and safeguards the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs
  • Provide excellent clinical and managerial leadership to ensure effective care delivery
  • Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security, and safeguards the welfare of children
  • Undertake Human Resource activities for all members of the team
  • Plan, monitor, and quality assure the application of technology for measurement, monitoring, and treatment
  • Develop strategies and policies for service improvement
  • Support and lead the team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Sick Children's Nurse with NMC registration, EPLS/PALS, and Child Protection level 3. They will also have experience working in a lead role within a similar setting and experience working as a practitioner in and across multi-disciplinary teams.
