Job Title: CYP Nurse Lead

Spire Gatwick Park is seeking an experienced CYP Nurse to lead the team in providing exemplary planned care for patients aged from birth to 18 years.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a Registered Sick Children's Nurse with experience working in a lead role within a similar setting. They will be responsible for developing practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs, ensuring the team's delivery of effective care, and developing a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs
  • Ensure the team's delivery of effective care
  • Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security
  • Undertake Human Resource activities for all members of the team
  • Plan, monitor, and quality assure the application of technology for measurement, monitoring, and treatment
  • Develop strategies and policies for service improvement
  • Support and lead the team
Requirements
  • Registered Sick Children's Nurse
  • NMC registered
  • EPLS/PALS is essential
  • Child Protection level 3
  • Experience working in a lead role within a similar setting
  • Experience working as a practitioner in and across multi-disciplinary teams
