Children's Healthcare Professional

Spire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Healthcare Professional to join our team in the Children and Young People's department. As a Registered Children's Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. You will assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals' health and wellbeing needs, while providing and receiving complex, sensitive or contentious information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Deliver care to meet the individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
- Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
- Maintain and develop services.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with no restriction on NMC PIN.
- Experience of working on a children's ward.
- Used to working in teams with minimum supervision.
- Child Protection level 3 training.
- Paediatric Resus Training.
- EPALS or equivalent.
Working Arrangements:
Adhoc shifts, across various days/hours as and when required.
