We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our small, friendly learning and development team at Bracknell Forest Council. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of successfully designing, delivering, and facilitating a range of learning activities and groups.

In this role, you will have a key role to play in contributing to the delivery of the Bracknell Forest Learning and Development Plan. You will provide our managers with advice and guidance on learning solutions, ensuring we satisfy need within our available resources.

You will be supported by colleagues across the HR, OD & Payroll service. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
