As a key member of the pastoral support team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students aged 11-16.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require individualised guidance and support to help them thrive in the classroom. Your primary objective will be to inspire and motivate students, while building on their confidence and self-esteem.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the class teacher to develop strategies and interventions that promote academic growth, confidence, and resilience. Your experience working with children with additional needs or challenging behaviours will be highly valued.
