Wedding & Special Events Manager

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for couples and their guests?

We're seeking a skilled Wedding & Special Events Manager to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate. As a key member of our events team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing weddings and special events that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct captivating show rounds to showcase our venue to potential clients
  • Plan and coordinate weddings and special events from start to finish
  • Communicate effectively with clients and our operational team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a wedding coordinator or planner role, preferably in a 4-star quality hotel or events venue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using IT software, with familiarity with Opera software a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
