- Market Insight: Conduct comprehensive research on current trends, consumer needs, and ingredient innovations to stay ahead of the competition.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring all aspects from design to delivery meet our high standards and timelines.
- Financial Acumen: Manage costs, profitability, and analyze sales data to inform product development decisions.
- Content Development: Contribute to creating engaging content, training materials, and promotional strategies to highlight the unique qualities of our products.
- Creative Innovator: Passionate about skincare and beauty, with a keen interest in sustainable and natural product development.
- Experienced NPD Skincare Specialist: Proven NPD experience in managing an extensive skincare category.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in skincare product development, with comprehensive knowledge of formulation and market trends.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in skincare and cosmetics.
- Exceptional Organiser: Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication abilities to work effectively across various departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, am to pm.
- Hybrid Working: Flexible working with at least days a week in the office.
