Residential Care Team Member

We are seeking a Residential Care Team Member to join our team in the Dumfriesshire region. As a key member of our Residential Care Team, you will support individuals with autism and complex needs in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities will include supporting them to appointments and activities, completing relevant paperwork, undertaking household tasks, and engaging them in tasks and activities. You will also be required to work effectively as part of a team and have patience, resilience, and calmness.
