Residential Care Specialist

About the Role:
As a Residential Children's Support Worker with SGS Care Ltd, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to vulnerable children aged 8-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mild Learning Disabilities (LD). This is a 24-hour part-time commitment with 6 sleeps within a 4-week rolling rota. The role requires a UK valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting vulnerable children in a residential setting
- Contributing to a dedicated team providing exceptional care
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (support available to obtain)
- Experience working with children in a residential setting
- UK valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on experience, depending on location
