About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Child Welfare Officer to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic caregiving to children in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, with experience working with children aged 4-24. You will be responsible for implementing admission protocols, establishing caring relationships, and ensuring the timely completion of records and reports.

In this role, you will work closely with children, young people, and other professionals to ensure that their physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs are consistently met. You will also take responsibility for planning shifts, supervising carers, and ensuring that they work within our policies and procedures.
