About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Integrated Performance Manager to join our team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 role that offers a blend of remote and on-site working.

The successful candidate will work within the Integrated Performance Approach workstream, overseeing the development and deployment lifecycle of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will be responsible for producing high-quality KPI Proformas in a timely manner, ensuring seamless integration with testing and production stages.

This role requires strong expertise in SQL production, data manipulation, and presentation via multiple tools, including Cognos, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, and MS Access. The ideal candidate will have experience with large and complex data, clinical services, and their interactions with data. Excellent customer liaison skills are essential to provide a high-quality, customer-focused BI service meeting the needs of clinical and corporate services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing automated KPI SQLs within a large Business Intelligence System
  • Custodizing Business Intelligence user interfaces to meet organisational requirements
  • Data manipulation and presentation via multiple tools
  • Providing professional Business Intelligence service, including governance and procurement legislation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable post-graduate level knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas: Subject matter expert in the development of automated Key Performance Indicator SQLs within a large Business Intelligence System
  • Theory and Practice of data manipulation and presentation via multiple tools
  • Issues associated with providing professional Business Intelligence service, including governance, procurement legislation, systems development stages, project management
