About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Integrated Performance Manager to join our team at Tewv Brits. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within our large Business Intelligence System.

The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including the Trust Performance team, BI Developers, ETL/Data Warehouse developers, and customers, to support the Trust's data needs related to Our Journey for Change.

This role requires strong subject matter expertise in KPI SQL production and the ability to lead the development of new functionality, such as dashboards, reports, and self-service analysis, to support users engaging with Integrated Performance data.

The successful candidate will also oversee the production of high-quality KPI Proformas, ensuring a seamless flow from development to testing and production.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deploy KPIs within our Business Intelligence System, including requirements gathering, translation of technical specifications to clinical processes, specification, and proforma production.
  2. Lead the development of new functionality, such as dashboards, reports, and self-service analysis, to support users engaging with Integrated Performance data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and delivery of new developments and complex workstreams.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable post-graduate level knowledge, skills, and experience in the development of automated Key Performance Indicator SQLs within a large Business Intelligence System.
  • Subject matter expertise in the development and customization of Business Intelligence user interfaces to meet organizational requirements and facilitate self-service.
  • Theory and practice of data manipulation and presentation via multiple tools, including Dashboarding Software (Cognos, Tableau, SSRS etc.), Excel, SQL, and MS Access.
  • Strong data presentation skills with a user-experience focus.
  • Advanced computer literacy and keyboard skills and technical skills particularly in the field of business and information analysis.
