About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Trainee High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at With You. As a Trainee Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to clients with a range of common mental health problems, including anxiety and depression.
  • Work closely with our experienced therapists to develop your clinical skills and knowledge of CBT.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, supervision, and reflective practice to ensure you are equipped to provide the best possible care.
  • Contribute to a supportive multi-disciplinary team of highly experienced practitioners and leaders who are passionate about making a difference to people's lives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years experience working in mental health.
  • Knowledge of CBT principles and practices.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
