About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Trainee High Intensity CBT Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide evidence-based support for mental health, substance use, and family services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to clients with a range of common mental health problems to develop your clinical skills.
  • Participate in a thorough induction, shadowing qualified CBT therapists and CBT therapy groups.
  • Attend monthly training sessions, weekly 1-2-1 supervision, group supervision, and reflective practice.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of highly experienced practitioners and leaders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience of working therapeutically with clients seeking support with their mental health.
  • Either a BABCP recognised core professional training or at least 2 years experience working in mental health.
  • Knowledge of CBT principles is desirable.
