About the Role
Priory Group is seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Priory Wellbeing Centre Canterbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions to children and adolescents aged 7-17 years old.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our service users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our CAMHS services, including the design and delivery of therapy programs.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Full accreditation in a relevant therapy modality (e.g., CBT, integrative therapy, counselling, bereavement).
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including after-school hours and Saturday mornings.
- Proficiency in using electronic patient record systems and booking systems.
