Workshop Set Production Manager

**Job Summary**
Strive Supply Chain LLP is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Workshop Set Production Manager. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the build workshop, coordinating the construction and preparation of multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality sets and decorations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Scheduling and managing a team of skilled craftsmen, including carpenters, painters, and finishers
• Coordinating the smooth supply of materials and equipment
• Liaising with logistics teams to ensure efficient loading and unloading of materials
• Collaborating with project managers to manage workflow and design details
• Managing the return of projects, hires, recycling, and disposal of materials
• Booking and ordering hire equipment as needed
**Requirements:**
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or theatrical sector
• Strong knowledge of design and production processes
• Excellent personnel skills, with the ability to manage a large team of people with different skills
• Ability to navigate complex projects and components
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Prior experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in a related field
