We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Workshop Director to lead our team and drive our fleet maintenance operations forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workshop management strategies to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance services and achieve monthly productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including FORS, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and stakeholders.
- Manage stock control and maintenance within the workshop, as well as employee management.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and workshop management principles.
- Sound understanding of H&S fundamentals and transport compliance legislation.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to use technology to drive performance.
- Ability to motivate and coach a team of technicians to deliver against productivity targets.
