Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Venom IT in Cheshire. This is a full-time role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis position involves providing first-class service to customers via inbound calls, creating support tickets, and assisting the Support Manager in achieving team KPIs based on query response times.
Key Responsibilities- Initial Point of Contact: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone.
- Ticket Creation: Generate new support tickets for customers as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Support Manager to meet team performance targets.
- Relevant Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent typing skills.
- Professional Communication: Demonstrate a professional telephone manner and strong listening skills.
- Contact Centre Background: Previous experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment is highly desirable.
- Customer Service Expertise: Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in an office-based or face-to-face setting.
