About Us

M S Webb & Company Limited is a reputable company looking for a diligent Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the Operations & Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Provide admin support to the Operations & Finance Department including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure availability.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

  • The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year.
  • A parking facility is available on site.
