M S Webb & Company Limited is a reputable company looking for a diligent Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the Operations & Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide admin support to the Operations & Finance Department including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure availability.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:
- The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year.
- A parking facility is available on site.
- A health and wellbeing program is also provided for employees.
