Aramark UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Premium Operations Manager to join our team at Everton Football Club. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of premium hospitality services at one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues in Europe.


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup and configuration of all premium hospitality areas, including suites, VIP lounges, and exclusive dining areas. They will also be accountable for ensuring that all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.


The Senior Premium Operations Manager will lead a team of permanent managers and an extensive casual team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and outstanding customer service. They will work closely with the management team to develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement, focused on great food and hospitality.


The ideal candidate will have senior management experience, a proven track record of delivering results, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to inspire and motivate a large operational team to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of premium hospitality services at Everton Football Club
  • Oversee the setup and configuration of all premium hospitality areas
  • Ensure all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal
  • Lead a team of permanent managers and an extensive casual team
  • Develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Financially accountable for all costs and profitability of the premium operations
