Job Description

As a Senior UX Researcher at Experis, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer behavior and preferences to inform business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute user research studies to identify areas for improvement in our ecommerce platform.

About the Role

This senior-level position involves designing and implementing user research studies, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve online experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of UX and CRO goals and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user research studies to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize online experiences.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and content writers to align UX and CRO goals and strategies.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to inform business decisions and the overall roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • 2+ years working with UX research tools and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and UX research methods.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
  • Passion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems.
  • Time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks while managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn new technologies at a high level to identify opportunities.
  • Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Experience with tag management systems and data layers.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
