Leadership and Team Development Manager

We are looking for a Leadership and Team Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and be able to motivate and support the team to meet performance targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and goals.
- Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring KPIs are met.

Requirements:
