Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Support the administration team with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Distribute the post daily.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
