Business Development and Performance Officer

Legal & General Group is a leading financial services company, seeking a skilled Business Development and Performance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Defined Contribution (DC) team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering profitable DC Pensions business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Senior Business Development Directors to strengthen relationships with Employee Benefits Consultants (EBCs) and develop a network of intermediaries.
- Establish and develop direct prospects to achieve LGIM's DC growth targets.
- Manage internal relationships between Business Development Directors and the Acquisition support team to ensure new opportunities are well researched and proposals are tailored to each prospect.
- Work with Client Relationship Managers to ensure existing client retention opportunities are fully bespoke and reflect the existing relationship with Legal & General.
- Research the DC market using known databases to prioritize direct to employer opportunities.
