Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe and healthy working environment and culture for all employees.
- Assist onsite Managers and Leadership teams in the interpretation and application of health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that HSE management systems are implemented and maintained across the manufacturing footprint.
- Lead the interface with applicable government agencies relating to HSE matters.
- Identify internal or external non-compliance to regulations or company standards.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent).
- Qualification or practical experience in multi-site manufacturing environment.
What We Offer:
- Annual salary of £50,000.
- Monthly car allowance.
