Teaching Professional Wanted

We are currently seeking a dynamic classroom instructor to join our team of supply teachers in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will work on a regular supply basis and be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching experiences to students.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and well-being.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop consistent instructional approaches and address student needs.
- Communicate student progress and provide feedback to regular classroom teachers as needed.
- QTS or ECT status (desired but not mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage classroom environments effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to staying current with curriculum developments
- Availability for flexible scheduling and varying placement locations
Our consultancy offers competitive pay rates and ongoing support to help our supply teachers succeed. Estimated annual salary: £35,000-£50,000.
