Homecare Support Worker

We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join our team of Community Care Assistants at Right at Home Aylesbury. As a Community Care Assistant, you will support vulnerable adults to receive the care and companionship they need in their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate clients to get the most out of their day
- Provide personal care
- Administer medication
- Assist clients with washing and dressing
- Support with shopping and housekeeping
- Prepare meals
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
Requirements
- Hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Have the right to work in the UK (we hold a sponsorship license)
- Be available to work either early mornings (from 7am) or evening (from 4pm) Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Commit to attending a 4-day training course
- Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
